It was very cold that day ,so I really didn't see it

I was there on a Saturday evening (around 6 pm), and they weren't processing syrup at that time. I'd recommend giving them a call and asking if they have a few upcoming days and times to share. The staff was very friendly and seemed willing to answer questions like that.

Only sometimes, if you happen to come when they're making it than you can watch.

It's hit or miss you can see all the equipment as you walk in and wait in line.
