I would do it at the location, then the associate will most likely get commended faster by his or her upper management, likewise for complaints.
Go to customer service
Speak to the manager or go online to customer service.
Talk to their supervisor on duty at that time. They live to hear nice things about the employee!
There has to be a customer service line that you can call and leave a recommendation or a compliment
Speak with the Manager on Duty (MOD)... They will address the employee and direct you towards the next step...
Definitely go to the higher ups then go online to really show appreciation
