theres chopped gristle or something odd i see in the patty. i personally prefer burger king or wendys burgers but if u want a real good burger head to downtown newington and for $5 build a burger at Goldburgers. Just .50 more than a fish filet or whopper.
You can check the nutrition calculator on the McDonald's website. They do not parse out the bread, but they claim the patty is 100% beef, no fillers, no extenders.
As a diabetic myself, im not sure. God knows what they use as a filler.
