I'm thinking of stopping by next week with a couple serious bourbon fans. What are some of the more unique/interesting bourbons that we should try?

the house bourbon is pretty wild, they buy it from distillers and barrel it with their own spices and whatnot. your server will be able to put together a "flight" of Bourbons your crew will like. i quite liked the old forrester 1920, which came as part of a flight recommended by our server when i went.

Depends on your preferences, honestly. They've got a robust collection, and every server/bartender really seems to share an enthusiasm for bourbon. I would, at least, try Statesman, Woodford Double Oak, and Larceny (this one will polarize your group). Certainly avoid the Hudson baby bourbon.

Belly up to the bar, share the flavor profiles you like and let the bartenders take the wheel. Be open and prepared to enjoy every single drop.

Do the Old Fashions - they make a ton of bitters in house. We brought 4 guys in, each had 3 Old Fashions and had no repeats. They were all fantastic.

I am partial to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, very smooth.
