Call the Walmart store closest to your godson and order from that store for pickup. Very easy to do.

Either do what Michael said or send the money store to store by the customer svc and they can get the money that way when they get there

What I would do is call the store that she would be picking up at and talk to the store manager and ask them. That might not be a way to do it however what you can do if it's really in an emergency situation deposit the money that you would pay for the diapers into her bank account account and let her pay for him that way
