Why does it take soooo long for Meijers to restock items that have run out. Especially in the grocery department??

They run out of a lot of stuff on Christmas Eve day. Cool whip is almost gone at my Meijer. I guess because a lot of yummy desserts are being prepared for Christmas dinner, plus it was on sale.

I agree with the previous answer and will add if you don't have the same ordering manager's in place that understands the consumers that patronize because you are a corporate company that pays low wages and have an high turnover

Sometimes it takes long because the company that provides resources for them are far away so they can't come out immediately when they run out it will take sometime
