I get all of my prescriptions at Harris Teeter and I've never had a lot of problems. The pharmacist Ariel is a very nice lady. If you have any questions or problems, she will do her best to clear up any issues. That's my take.
I've only stopped at the counter to ask a question and was provided excellent customer service. I've never seen a long line in the many times I have been in the store. I hope this helps.
