service dogs are BUT I have seen peoole bring tiny dogs in bags (specifically made for dogs) and/or strollers. Whether they were really supposed to be there, not sure.
Mostly service dogs but on special things like pictures with Santa the Easter bunny (I think) and different things like that, then you may bring them in
