As a former Texas Roadhouse employee I can confidently say NO. You can call ahead if your party is 8 or less people and have your name placed on the WAITING LIST and have some of your wait time eaten up by your time getting ready and the drive over, but you cannot make a RESERVATION in the way people think of it with other restaurants. Basically this lets you take your time getting there instead of having to sit around the restaurant forever with a beeper in your hand (obviously the wait time is subject to change, and if you get there early or late you're probably going to have to wait a little, but that's the idea behind it at least). Most of the tables are booths, at least at the one I worked at, so they only fit as many people as they're designed to fit, which in most cases is 8 at most. Can't tell you how many angry parties of like 10+ we've had complaining about having to be split up, when there's literally nothing we can do about it on the spot.
