Pay 2.99 for a report
Typically if law enforcement is called and responds and also files charges then law enforcement will be the ones to supply you a report. The stores are dictated by company policies. So unless it serves the benefit of the store they generally won't help. Not always so logical but that's the way things are typically done.
I think there are only reports on shop righting ,and all the reports on shop lefting are sealed.
Maybe check with country records.
