Why was it impossible to get into the Mall for the Santa Cares event? At 9am, the time I had reserved, there were no signs and no doors were open. We had another event to get to and couldn't wait around. SO disappointing!!! Nobody was there to care!

The Christmas rush wreaks havoc upon schedules during the holiday season, with so many events and even more shoppers filling retail venues there are bound to be hiccups along the way. What explanation were you offered when you called the sponsor about this scheduling issue?
