Is this still a hotel or Inn? If so how can I find out how to get room information and make a reservation?

Josh and Byron gave you the correct answer. But there are a number of lodging possibilities in the area.

Historic place, but no lodging. Merely a 1st floor restaurant & bar experience. Food's good, plentiful, & at reasonable prices, too. Cheers.

There are no rooms available for rent here. It opened in 1879 as a saloon and hotel but the hotel has long since closed. However, the owners also operate guest houses nearby.
