Folks need to be patient with restaurants these days. If they're understaffed and not doing takeout because they're focusing on the in-person guests dining, tipping, enjoying the food hot and ready as every chef dreams of, yeah, they're doing the right thing. Takeout orders can bog down the kitchen and mess up the flow of the dining room, meaning they're not turning tables, etc. They have every right to work within the means of what they're realistically able to do. 🤘
I was just there this last weekend and called before hand to see if I could get an order to take out and they said the same thing. I believe they may be short handed ATM, I don't know if this is the norm for them.
I guess they are so popular they don't care about keeping customers?! I do hear restaurants are having a hard time hiring right now so I'll just send them blessings and hope that can change because I hear the food is really good, though have not had a chance to try it yet
