Twice I used my CC to wash my truck, and Twice I was billed 10.00 on my card ,WHY? I stopped it at $4.75 and still billed $10.00

I can tell you this the Swanton car wash the time limit is very limited for the amount you pay I can wash my car in Toledo and still have time left over at Swanton Car Wash I have to keep putting quarters in for extra time average about $5 a hand wash spray my own car I think something is wrong
