The store manager of each store is able to okay a certain amount donations, but the corporate office, which the manager can connect you to, is a better bet for an ongoing relationship.

Do not make an in store pick up. They have you sign in, then completely disregard who's next. They just walk up to random people and ask for the order number. I waited for almost 2 hours just to pick up a small package.
