When Windows 11 is released for public access (scheduled for October 5th), any device that meets the hardfloor requirements for the OS can be upgraded. Depending on your hardware config, though, it may not be an entirely free upgrade like Windows 10 was from 7, 8, or 8.1 These requirements, and details for upgrade, can be found on the Microsoft website, as well as the compatibility tool that will check if your meet these requirements, or are eligible for a free upgrade.
Call best buys and ask for the geek squad
Pretty sure with the Geek Squad they have you should be able to get any operating system installed on PC
