I have been calling to see if any boats slips are available in near future ..all I keep getting is leave a voicemail for Brad .. brad has yet to return my call. disappointing to say the least . Guess they dint need our business .

I also have the same experience. I've left messages 4 days in a row with out a callback. Additionally I have left messages at the main office for the past 2 days, again with no call back

We had the same experience recently and made a complaint in person. The young man helping us said they are trying out a "new" reservation system, which I have to assume means they are not taking reservations? He also said several people have made similar complaints.
