What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Manager and staff are following the rules and regulations and the customers are doing the same. AND the food and drinks are EXCELLENT!

They followed protocols, masks and social distance.

We the staff and management at Red Rock Cafe indeed adhere and comply to all COVID protocols and mandates set forth by the CDC and the CT department of public health. Including but not limited to: A. daily and frequent clean, disinfect, and sanitise of all high touch areas and surfaces throughout the restaurant B. practising social distancing measures in our dinning rooms C. temperature checks of all staff prior to the commencement of their shift D. The requirement of proper facial mask covering for all staff and customers. Once again the following listed measures are only some of the many strict guidelines that we strictly adhere to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and customers.
