Yes they do and it varies depending on what type of shirt and design. Colored shirts are more expensive than plain shirts, but every time I've done it it cost between $25-40. The people there have many designs to choose from and you can come with an original design and they can mock it up on a computer. They also get it done in about 20-30 minutes.
