Do you need the receipt to exchange Straight Talk phone card, Im sorry its a mobile hotspot for 50 and wanted a 50 airtime and data, so I don't need a receipt?

If you do not have the Walmart app on your phone where you register your receipt on the Savings catcher then you have 2 options one take your card back & they will give your money back on a Walmart gift card or if you have a Receipt then they will give you the money back

I have never exchanged a phone card. Only thing close to that, that I have exchanged is the bring your own phone kit for straight talk. And yes to answer ur question I used a receipt. I think Wal-Mart's policy is this: You are allowed 3 returns in a 6 month period without a receipt but I'm not sure if it applies to thing of this nature
