Can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation buy the cost is much higher Cost. The wait is usually 2 1/2 - 3 hours and if your party is not that big just go wait

You can do a VIP priority pass that will allow you to skip the line. You have to have a membership card in order to do this, which you can get online (not sure if they mail you a card or if you pick it up) or at the place itself (go early in the day and you will be in and out in no time). Once you have a card you can go online and see what VIP times they have available. I wanted to go on a Saturday at 7pm a few weeks after they opened, went on their site about a week in advance and there were several times to choose on that Saturday (ranging from 4pm to 10pm that day) I chose 7pm and was emailed a confirmation. This does cost $50 to do, but if a group is paying, they can "pay you back" at the bay where you can easily split the cost of the session depending on how many hours you want to rent it out (I suggest 3 for a group of 6). The $50 is good for the whole group, it isn't $50 per person. Make sure you arrive 30 mins before your time so others can get their membership cards.

I called them and asked if i could make reservations, and their reply was " we work on a first come, first served basis". They did suggest going there, getting your name on the list ( if there is one) and they will text you when they have a bay open. So in theory, if its a long wait, you could leave and do something else until you text arrives. They did say they would "text twice, and give you 1/2 hour to get back. Hope this helps.

This location is very busy, if they allow reservation. I'm sure you will have to have an early advance.

The Nashville location is not on the list for reservations just yet. I do believe you can do a vip session that costs $50 and you go to the top of the list once you check in.
