Since when is 7:15pm too busy for a business to answer the phone ringing 5 different times, 20 times each ring???? That's plain laziness! Terrible customer service as far as I'm concerned. I would never drive all that way to place an order for take out when I live over 15 min away, that is why you call ahead to place it. I would rather drive all the way to the Rosemont Rd/Virginia Beach Blvd store then ever go to this store which is closer to me.
The lunch special is the bomb, the best wings in the Beach!
Never called in order always walked in food & service usually good. I suspect the fight tonight has things congested..
Maybe they were really busy. It's nice there especially when Natures Child do play
