It does matter to the artist and you of what type of budget you have. Its a good place , so go in and ask.
Agreed with Sue. Some artists charge per piece and some charge by hour. Medium piece uoure looking to pay probably at least $150 with tip. This place is great to go into and just take your idea to an artist for estimate! Even FB message them. 😁
