If you cant get it from H&L try Stewart's meats in McKenna. They carry all sorts of off the stuff
I don't recall seeing s duck in their display case, I'm sure you can get them, a goose too, just have to order it. They had a flyer with prices for fresh, heritage, organic turkeys, rib roasts, ducks and geese for thanksgiving and xmas
