Why is the lady on the phone so rude? She has a heavy accent and she didn't answer my questions. If she is the owner I hope they go out of business and someone with costumer service skills takes over.

I love their pizza so I do go in there quit a bit. Yes the Indian lady is rude and does not discount anything. Far as I can tell she is the owner. The manager is a white guy( not that it matters) he is very polite and helpful. For me 9 times out of 10 the owner is not there when I go in.

Have no clue. You should call and ask. That's not good. I don't work there so never have seen her.
