Today I went to buy a 10 piece family meal.. when I got home the chicken was so crispy like it was refried the biscuits where falling apart I tried calling to talk to the manager in duty several times there was no answer.. I am so upset

Why would I got chicken from there it was cooked so hard you couldn't hardly eat it that was the only time and year so I'll probably give it another chance

I'm sorry you had a problem every time we go to our neighborhood Church's Chicken near me we never have a problem. Chicken is still hot by the time we get home and the fries are still warm.

I have tried to call this place many times, but they don't like to answer. It was under better management before. If u have your receipt u can follow instructions on it to leave a review or complaint. Good luck!
