Has Denny's gotten better serving to the customer ? Are they still short staffed? Are they serving their food hot?

I went recently and service was good and fast. Food was hot.

The Denny's my husband & I went to was very busy BUT the staff was very friendly, accurate and worked in a timely manner. Our food was hot and we had a great experience.

The service was slow. Stood in foyer for 7 minutes, while waitresswashed dishes. I think she made our meal.. Ham was tough.. toast was like a frisbee. Coffee was bitter. Like it was sitting so tasted burnt... YES.. they are short staffed. A nice man of color helped everyone, that came in after us...seated ppl as they arrived for noon time. Poorly under staffed...to bad.. I like that restaurant.. Magan did her best with what she had to deal with..
