Love the coffee from Red Cedar -- Which flavor do you use?

Red Cedar is where they get the coffee beans. They are a local roaster in Middleburg Hts. The use the Red Cedar Select for the daily coffee and have a flavored coffee each month.

I think the flavors vary either monthly or seasonally and the might have a couple at a time.
