If I were to receive such a substandard & unacceptable order I would go inside & ask for the manager. Show the boss the order, be firm, but polite & make sure they fix it! Sometimes they count on us being so busy that we'll just "let it go" or not find it til we've left & that's why I ALWAYS check my order before I leave!
Calling corporate is the right answer. This location is just horrid. Maybe if corporate gets enough complaints they might do something.
Try speaking with the manager of that doesn't work due to the area unfortunately they are very jaded and don't believe most complaints. Call the corporate customer service number and speak to them be sure to have your receipt to ensure that the proper people will have the correct training for future encounters.

Dont Listen to these Reviews , if You come in with your Messed Up Order & Receipt it will get Replaced . Sometimes (not often) You get to Keep Your Messed Up Order Depending on Circumstance . Alot of Complaints are not Believed because they dont be True or there’s a Background to it . Its not the Store , its the Area

They are cheap and their stuff just keeps getting smaller what happened to the biggie fries and cokes and the frosty is in the smallest kids cup ive ever seen really sad i dont go there to often they are a true rip off wendy should intervene but i think shes making the changes and one piece of bacon they should be ashamed
