Why is the operator sooooooo rude on the phone?

The Walmart on Hanes Mill Road is horrible anyway. Ive only met one worker who was nice and has any manners.

I really don't know but you need to report that to her supervisor or to his or her supervisor if they're that bad over the phone so the next time you call call and ask for the supervisor
