Is the eating area of the restaurant air conditioned? We ate there August of last year ...no A/C.

Google doesn't show "Closed for the Season". We came there today 09NOV2019 to eat from between Burlington & Durham NC only to find the restaurant (and any bathrooms) closed for the season, and won't (reportedly) open until xxMAY2020 ?
When does the restaurant close for the season?
Is the mill open now? My mom is here from Albania and she would like to visit and see working mill here.
