Stores do not carry flat rocks in garden centers. If you are talking for craft purposes they sell a bag of mixed rocks but they are not flat and mostly come in mixed earth tones. These are usually only about an inch or two in size. If you are looking for landscape sizes you will probally have to go to a landscaping place or a quarry
