If you pay for reserved parking do you still have to pay at the gate to get out? Or does the cost of the parking count toward the amount you need to spend for it to be free?

The gate is randomly manned.

The process of the reserved parking goes toward the gate fee, unless you use the ultra one card to pay for the parking.

I thought you I'd you get fuel there, or spend 20.00
