Hi Joy. I always ask for my wing's to be on the crispy side. When you place your order ask the server for your wing's to be more crispy. You can also do the same if you place your order online. There is a section for "additional instructions" for online orders.

Ask for the wings to be cooked extra, extra crispy. I have to ask every time. Wings come out perfect. Don't ask you get slug textured wings. Yuk!
