Thanks everyone for responses. But then information found at https://parks.state.wa.us/578/Saltwater in the PDF titled "Washington State Parks Campfire Burn Ban List - Last updated 8/20/2019" is misleading. It says: Saltwater | No Fires | No fires permitted at any time of the year.
