9-20-21 at 6:20 to 6:45 no one answered when we asked anyone their 10 times their was a huge line of 20 cars and we finally had enough of people beeping behind us we pulled off come around the front and the workers are watching the line laughing

Well, that time of the morning you can expect a breakfast rush, and that could delay the time it takes to get your food. As for the employees, they probably been working for a few hours already and just wanted a short break? Maybe they were laughing at something unrelated to the line of cars? It was busy. You had to wait longer than usual. You're not in traffic, you are traffic.

I will assume if at work and was taking long then food was being prepared. And maybe there was a issue 🤔 so took longer than normal.
