Agree but I've found the quality progressively slipping as well.
Yes customer service is horrible lately. Girls in the front ignoring customers and order calls making you wait longer for your food while it’s getting cold because they’re on their phones. Food isn’t that great anymore either. Fries are oily and or hard and inedible.
I've only been to Wings Over Providence one time the chicken was pretty good, and they rubbed a bunch of different seasonings on the chicken, there are many different options you can choose from.
Well I've been a customer since they opened and i have to say they have been pretty consistent with their good food tasting reputation. They improved their customer service over the years and besides on special events where they get slammed with orders giving them no choice to create rules when ordering i really got to say they came a long way. They even made inside dining a little more comfortable then it use to be. Sometimes when the industry changes it forces the market to change and the customers are not willing to except the change in the direction out of their comfort zone causing mix feelings. I've been to many different places where they sell chicken and nothing comes close to wings over providence. So if your going to go else where i will say this, quality v's quantity is always going to be your final decision. Peace
I was first introduced to wings over brand in CT.. i found they had one of the best chicken salads ive ever.. golden bbq is my vice.. when I moved here I also checked them out.. but for some reason Im not wowed like before.. everytime i orderd even if it was the same thing.. i was always Wowed.. here in providence i find myself ordering other places.. chickens been over cooked dry..
