Yes. At the jewlery department they are required to. It will cost around $6 for any battery including installation. It's a policy.

They sell batteries for watches not sure if they help change them.
They did about a year ago I don't know now
They have a jewelry section usually at Walmarts by the check-out area. Im sure the jewelry person does watch batteries during the daytime hours.
