What is going on with Walmart? I can't reach by telephone, receive a recording. I tried to set up an online prescription account from my Walmart account, to check status. They can't verify my identity. Same info that's on my account.

they are understaffed and looking for employees hiring urgently but would be a miracle to get them to answer the phones right now sorry bud you have to make a trip in to get that prescription filled

They can't get help!

One Lady working at customer service. To busy to answer the phone their service has gone downhill
