They do at times depends on weather and vendors.
No puppies sold at 7 mile. You can find birds tho (cockatiels, parakeets, finches and doves)
No dogs. Just birds and chickens ducks rabbits
They didn't when I was there in December

No, no puppies. They have colored birdcage birds, chickens, and sometime bunnies....in the summer they have outdoor animals, such as lamas and goats, for kids and adults to pet
