Yes sometimes they sell puppies, I got my pup November 17 for a reasonable price.
We have vendors once and a while that will sell dogs according to the Wisconsin State laws that have been set up to protect against puppy mill dogs.

Was there last Saturday walked all over didnt see anyone selling dogs but saw birds and other animals for sale so its possible
