They have a lot of different tinctures. I would suggest going in when you have some time and spending time with one of the great staff in the store. They will always spend whatever time you need walking you through your needs and I've never had one try to sell me stuff that wouldn't work for me. I'm addition, some of their tinctures can be returned for an exchange. I've used the tinctures in alcohol and in glycerin and strongly prefer glycerin as the alcohol based ones make my eyes water for about 5 minutes. Sorry I don't have a more direct answer.
