Is it ok to have a birthday party at the park or is there someone I would need to talk to about it. I doesn't need to be a private party, I would just need some space on the ground for a jumper house.

I've seen people have parties there and there's no signage saying that you need to make reservations. I definite believe it's first come first serve.
