There are 4 floors of shopping. Nordstrom’s Spa occupies most of the 5th floor. The Spa is accessible only by elevators.
They are absolutely 7th floors to the store
Three to four...I think. Escalator takes you from the lobby up and up. Maybe as many as five floors!
