It's called the harvest burger & yes it's vegan. Very tasty with grilled onions!!
They have a vegetarian burger but I'm not sure if it's vegan. Can't say I've ever tried it.

The Harvester Burger at Nation's may use eggs to keep the patty together. My ex is cegan but loved Nation's Harvester burger.
No I've looked at their menu many times and I have not seen a vegetarian burger nor of vegan burger. I know that they have a salmon burger but I know that's not vegan or vegetarian. If they do have a veggie burger it's not on the menu
