They have a few choices the broth comes spicey or plain and its a build your style hot pot so you can literally choose from the vast selection of ingredients on the menu...
Vegetable (labelled as 'fresh'), spicy (Sichuan peppercorn with no/limited chili pods) and spicy 'Ma La' (peppercorns and plenty of chili pods). Can also do half and half combinations (splits broth in half with a divider)
Spicy broth, veggie broth, beef broth ... I think chicken broth too!
