I'm very sensitive to MSG and I didn't get or feel sick when I ate there.
A lot of natural and canned foods in America have MSG (sodium and glutamate i.e. salt and a natural flavour enhancer) in it, not just Asian food. A very common misconception / fad in America to be “allergic” to it, since the public consumes substantial amounts of MSG daily.
Yes, this restaurant uses MSG in their recipe.
Many asian cuisine have MSG especially pho. So do assume they use msg in it.
