Within the mall itself, no. They use to, but moved into their own building on the ither side of Chambers road a few years ago.

There is in the plaza on the other side of highway.

Rue 21 used to be in Southern Tier Crossings. However, this location is permanently closed. Sorry, the nearest locations for Rue 21 are now the Oakdale Mall in Binghamton and Waterloo Outlet Center.
