What's bet card?
My understanding is that you can use any credit card/food card that is accepted in any grocery store in any "ghetto" of this city, wealthy or otherwise. Always call to be sure. Decent prices, a surprising selection and great customer service. It has a light and airy presence unlike other "ghetto" stores with depressing atmosphere and no customer services, nor fresh food, but high prices.
