Must check your order. Waited 45 min they got the order wrong. When I called back they hung up on me.

Not a place to go if you're on a 30 min lunch break , you'll get fired waiting on them.

I called them, got put on hold for my entire 30 min drive. When i walked in the phone was still laying on the counter & my cell still on my ear. I told them that was unprofessional and would make me late for work. I asked could i get a discount for my inconvenience & was told no very rudely. I live a min away & will never show them anymore patronage!

In15 years I never had that issue nor have it ever taken that long in a coney island for anything

I have been put on hold for my whole 50 minute drive but never had a problem with rude people or a messed order.

I have been here several times only because of the EXCELLENT service and nice people. I have never waited any longer than 15 minutes and even then they were extra busy with a car load of rude young men.
